Side A currently delivers within the UK only.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, with 1st Class and 2nd Class delivery options available at checkout.

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Estimated delivery times for the Royal Mail service you select will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by delays outside out control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to amend it before your order is dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photographs of the item and packaging so that we can arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please don't return a damaged item unless we ask you to.
