By placing an order with Side A Candle Co., you agree to these terms and the policies provided on this website.

All products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in appearance may occur. These variations do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.

Product descriptions, fragrance information and photographs are provided as accurately as possible. Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order. Payment must be made in full when placing an order.

Orders are subject to availability. If we're unable to fulfil your order after payment has been made, we'll contact you and provide a full refund.

Please follow the safety and care instructions supplied with your candle and available on our Candle Care page. Candles should always be used in accordance with these instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
